I can't imagine I'm the only one who has thought about this, but maybe I take it to an extreme. Come Disc 3 I actually feel a little guilty every time I stay at an inn, not to mention the time it takes to breed a Gold Chocobo.

This is what I do when I'm not putting my energy and effort into Kagerou.

They really shouldn't put so many sidequests at the end of the game like that =P

I agree. Why couldn't they put them at the beginning of the game, when everything can kill you, and you seriously need the levels?

I, too, have had this issue in RPGs. Just the other day I was playing Dragon Quest 8 and I was suppose to go save the Abbot (the bridge to his house being on fire). However, I had a great urge to go back to the nearest town to rest up and get my HP and MP back up.

I pretty much knew I could do this without effecting the fact that the Abbot was about to get killed, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it, and went ahead with the whole heroic business.
